FRAJNA is a digital service. No physical product is shipped when purchasing a subscription.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing multiple subscriptions does not automatically extend or combine their duration. Customers purchasing access for multiple accounts or devices should follow the activation instructions provided with their order.

3. Orders and Payments

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed or activated.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate information.

5. Device and Internet Requirements

Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, suitable software where required, and a stable internet connection.

Streaming quality may depend on factors outside FRAJNA's control, including internet speed, network congestion, device performance, Wi-Fi quality, and third-party infrastructure.

HD or 4K quality is available only where supported by the relevant content, service, device, and internet connection.

Specific channels, programs, movies, series, sporting events, or other content are not guaranteed to remain available throughout a subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability may vary according to location, applicable rights, technical availability, service providers, and other relevant restrictions.

7. Acceptable Use

FRAJNA subscriptions are intended for lawful personal use unless otherwise expressly agreed.

You must not use the service to:

• Share access beyond the limits of your purchased plan.
• Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.
• Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

Violation of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

If you experience a technical problem with the service, please contact our support team so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances of the order and applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Refunds will not be issued solely because of device incompatibility when the customer's device does not meet clearly stated compatibility requirements, except where required by applicable law.
